Business data emergency?
A failed server or a ransomware attack stops a business. Call us first. We’ll tell you straight away what to switch off, what not to touch, and how quickly we can start.
Common questions
How much does data recovery cost?
It depends on what has failed. Deleted files on a working hard drive start at £99 + VAT; a physical recovery from a failed hard drive is £450 + VAT plus a donor drive if one is needed. The evaluation is free, and you get a fixed price before we start. See the full price list.
How long does it take?
Standard service usually takes 3 to 7 working days after the evaluation. Express service is available when you need the data urgently. Complex RAID or ransomware jobs can take longer, and we’ll tell you up front.
Do I need to come to London?
No. We arrange courier collections from anywhere in mainland UK. If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to drop off at our lab in SE1, Mon–Sat 9am–6pm.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. We’re registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and handle all data under UK GDPR. Engineers only open files when needed to check the recovery, and your copy is wiped from our systems once you’ve received it.
What if you can’t recover anything?
We’ll tell you honestly at the evaluation stage if recovery isn’t possible. The fee for the service you choose is non-refundable once work begins, so we always explain the chances before you decide.
